Harold A. Davidson, DBA

President

With more than 40 years experience in investment management, real estate research and real estate investment, Harold is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional leadership to Harold Davidson & Associates, Inc. He is responsible for establishing the firm’s distinctive position in both securities and investment real estate. In addition, he oversees each client portfolio to ensure a tailored investment strategy is maintained. Harold received a doctorate in finance and urban land economics from the University of Southern California, and is a former professor of finance and urban economics at both USC and UCLA. Through his tenure in the financial industry, Harold has been widely published. Dedicated to community service, he is affiliated with numerous professional, academic and charitable associations.

Craig E. Farkas, CFP®

Vice President

Craig has been associated with Harold Davidson & Associates, Inc. for over 35 years. He is actively involved in financial planning, portfolio management, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing and asset management on behalf of clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Southern California. Craig is a CFP® professional and holds the prestigious Certified Financial PlannerTM certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA. Craig is actively involved with numerous charities and married with two adult children.

Vick Khoboyan

Senior Portfolio Manager

Vick has been an equity analyst and portfolio manager for over 27 years. He is a portfolio manager and securities analyst at Harold Davidson & Associates. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University Northridge. Vick is married and the father of twin teenagers.

Susan Cohen

Controller, Office Manager

Susan has over 35 years of accounting experience. She has served as Harold Davidson & Associates Controller for over 18 years. She previously served as controller of the Performing Arts Network for over 17 years . She is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Doreen Ferritto

Executive Assistant to the President & Client Liaison

Doreen has over 20 years experience in the investment banking and investment counseling industry, including over 15 years with Harold Davidson & Associates. Doreen is responsible for handling client requests and communications and organizing special events for the firm. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Liberal Arts.

Michele Nelson

Portfolio Administrator

Michele has over 25 years experience assisting in the financial and investment management industry, including over 14 years with Harold Davidson & Associates. Her experience includes client services, portfolio administration, bookkeeping and diverse administrative functions. She is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary’s University with a degree in Liberal Arts.
