With more than thirty years experience in investment management, real estate research and real estate investment, Dr. Davidson is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional leadership to Harold Davidson & Associates, Inc. He is responsible for establishing the firm's distinctive position in both securities and investment real estate. In addition, he oversees each client portfolio to ensure a tailored investment strategy is maintained. Harold Davidson received a doctorate in finance and urban land economics from the University of Southern California and is a former Professor of finance and urban land economics at both USC and UCLA. Through his tenure in the financial industry, Dr. Davidson has been widely published. Dedicated to community service, he is affiliated with numerous professional, academic and charitable associations.

Vice President Investment Counseling

Responsible for managing some of the firm's investment portfolios. Mr. Whitney holds MBA and BS degrees in Business Administration and Financial Management from Pepperdine University. Scott's areas of expertise include securities research, portfolio management and investment counseling. He has over 14 years of experience in portfolio management. He is currently a second level candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Vice President Real Estate

Mr. Mills has over 16 years of extensive experience in real estate investment and management. With this experience, Mr. Mills manages the real estate investment activity including acquisition, disposition and asset management for the firm. In addition, he oversees the real estate lending program. He holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and a BS in General Management from Pepperdine University. Mr. Mills is currently a candidate for the Certified Financial Planning designation.

CFP, Vice President

Mr. Farkas has been associated with Harold Davidson & Associates, Inc. for nearly 20 years. He is a Certified Financial Planner and has significant experience in real estate finance and asset management. Mr. Farkas is actively involved in financial planning and real estate asset management on behalf of clients. He holds an MBA in Finance, a Master of Real Estate Development as well as a BS in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.

Portfolio Administrator & Office Manager

Ms. Gamboa has 9 years experience in assisting financial and investment management corporations. Her experience includes office management, bookkeeping and other administrative functions.

MAI, Research and Development

With well over twenty years of experience in real estate research, he brings an in-depth expertise to the firm. Mr. Wachtler has an MBA in Real Estate Finance from USC, MPL in Urban and Regional Environment from USC and BS in Real Estate and Urban Economics from University of California, Berkeley. Devoted to his community, he is a member of many professional and academic organizations.

Controller

Ms. Cohen has over twenty-five years of accounting experience. She most recently served as controller of the Performing Arts Network for over seventeen years. Ms. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Executive Assistant & Client Liaison

Doreen has over 15 years experience in investment banking, most recently working as the Client Service Manager for a team of retirement planners. Doreen is responsible for handling client requests and communications and organizing special events for the firm. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Liberal Arts.

Administrative Coordinator Real Estate

Responsible for coordinating the real estate activities of our company. She has been involved in client liaison, loan coordination and real estate research with the company for over fifteen years.
